If you listen closely, the Spinosaurus uses some of the sounds of the Suchomimus from the video game Warpath: Jurassic Park (1999) and the Carnotaurus from Dinosauri (2000). This is highly likely since sound designer Christopher Boyes previously worked on the Disney movie.
