The new DI Neville Parker (who arrives on the island to replace DI Jack Mooney toward the end of Season 9) is played by Ralf Little. The interesting thing here is that Ralf Little first appeared on the show in Season 2 as a completely different generic character named Will Teague, while Richard Poole was the DI of the island Police Force.
