One of over 700 Paramount Productions, filmed between 1929 and 1949, which were sold to MCA/Universal in 1958 for television distribution, and have been owned and controlled by Universal ever since. However, because of legal complications, this particular title was not included in the original television package and was never televised until many years afterward. It was released on DVD 4 April 2006 as part of Universal's Carole Lombard: The Glamour Collection, as a single 5 August 2014 as part of the Universal Vault Series, and again 17 May 2016 as part of the Universal Hollywood Icons: Carole Lombard Collection. Since that time it's also enjoyed occasional airings on cable TV on Turner Classic Movies.
