(at around 1h 13 mins) When Jigsaw is giving directions to the fake house, he tells Detective Matthews that it's the last house on the left. This is a reference to the film L'ultima casa a sinistra (1972), in which the parents of a murdered teenager torture and kill the murderers. He also says the number is "237", which is also the famous room number from Shining (1980).
