In addition to playing X-wing pilots in Guerre stellari (1977), both David Baxt (Thomas Wayne) and William Hootkins (Max Eckhardt) played minor villains in movies based on Superman. Baxt played the burglar who scales the building in Superman (1978), and Hootkins played crime boss Harry Howler in Superman IV (1987).
