(at around 1h) When Joe and 22 are on the subway train, 22 (in Joe's body) finds a cup under the seat with some drink still inside. 22 says: "Can you believe it? It's half full!" This is a reference to the personality question whether a glass is half full or half empty and indicates 22's newfound optimism.
