Actor Tiriel Mora, best known for the Australian television satirical program 'Frontline' (1994-1997) and the iconic classic Australian movie 'The Castle' (1997), plays a crazed small town mechanic in this film. "No one else could say 'f***ing things f***ing f***ed' quite like I imagined he could", writer-director Marion Pilowsky chuckled. "I also loved the delicious irony of Jeff (Luke McKenzie) quoting a line from 'The Castle' [1997] to Henry [Eddie Izzard], and Tiriel popping up in the film - twice!. Tiriel is a delightful human, a dear friend and a wonderful actor."
