In the scene when Eddington is approaching the transport, on which Maggie and Annalee are traveling, there is a destroyer in the background without a hull number. If you look very closely, you can just make out it is 450, which is the Fletcher-class destroyer USS O'Bannon. If you look at the Wikipedia article for her, there is a mention of her taking part in the filming.
