Miklós Rózsa used Galba's March that he composed for the conclusion of this movie in Ben-Hur (1959) as the music for the opening of the chariot-race sequence, and its conclusion (not to be confused with his famous "Parade of the Charioteers", written specifically for Ben-Hur (1959) that immediately precedes the race).
