Michael Bay, who has a small role, would go on to produce two live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films that would feature Noel Fisher in the role of Michaelangelo: Tartarughe Ninja (2014) and Tartarughe Ninja - Fuori dall'ombra (2016). Fisher had played Eddie Izzard's character's son on The Riches (2007).
