In season two, episode eleven, "Full Commitment", Raylan looked at the hitman's vehicle registration and saw that it was registered to Baxter Holly Construction. Baxter and Holly were the names the wagon train leader mistakenly called Scott Glen and Kevin Klein when they first ride in to Turley, in Silverado (1985).
