Though she made her first appearance in the second episode, Nancy Barrett appeared through the end of this series, joining Joan Bennett and Louis Edmonds as the only cast members to appear in the series from beginning to end. She was replaced in only one episode due to illness, and the writers did not have time to rewrite the episode her character, Carolyn Stoddard, was to appear in.
