"Thru the Mirror" from 1936 is the first Mickey Mouse Cartoon with his standard design for the first time in color and for the first time with white gloves. It is the first Cartoon where Mickey wears white gloves since "The Band Concert" from 1935. This design of Mickey was also used for the 2010 video game "Epic Mickey".
