In season one, when Phoebe's premonition power grows, and she is able to see the past for the first time, she sighs and says, "Somehow I thought I was gonna get to fly". Later, in season three, she gets the power of levitation, which was later cut out, due to dangerous and expensive stunts, and replaced with the power of empathy.
