Lando Calrissian establishes that only two Sith Wayfinders were created for traveling Exegol. After Kylo Ren finds the first in Mustafar at the prologue, Rey finds the second Sith Wayfinder in a secret room at the Emperor's throne room in the ruins of the Second Death Star. It would imply that the Sith Wayfinder was already hidden in Second Death Star when Emperor Palpatine met Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader in Il ritorno dello Jedi (1983).
