A Cuban soldier uses a shoulder-mounted missile launcher against an American Huey when the former overrun the town. The weapon in question is a SA-7 surface-to-air-missile launcher, NATO designation Grail. It was based around the American designed FIM-43 Red Eye, the predecessor to the FIM-92 Stinger.
