At the end of the movie, Colonel Bella (Ron O'Neal) said to Jed (Patrick Swayze), "Vaya con Dios," which are the last words spoken to Jed. Similarly, in Point Break - Punto di rottura (1991), Johnny Utah (Keanu Reeves) spoke the same final words to Bodhi (Swayze).
