Professor Hulk losing / permanently injuring his Left Arm in the Blip that brought 50% of living beings back, is somewhat foreshadowed in Avengers: Infinity War wherein Dr. Bruce Banner in Hulkbuster armour looses its Left arm after an attack by Cull Obsidian in Wakanda. Hulk used his right hand with the gauntlet, not his left. His right arm is in a sling at the funeral.
