Linda Blair, Jason Miller, and Kitty Winn are the only actors who turned up for any of the sequels (Max von Sydow's Fr. Merrin character does show up part 2 in flashbacks); Winn Linda Blair turn up for part II, and Jason Miller turns up for part III. (Ellen Burstyn flat out refused to do the sequel, wisely. Kitty Winn takes her place as Linda's/Regan's caretaker).
