The original glove was later used in Nightmare 2 - La rivincita (1985), and was also seen hanging on the wall of the work shed in La casa 2 (1987). This was in response to the use of La casa (1981) on a television screen in this film, and part of a continued banter between directors Wes Craven and Sam Raimi. However, when Wes Craven loaned the glove to the Nightmare 3 - I guerrieri del sogno (1987) set it got lost, and it is rumored to be in possession of Robert Englund's agent.
