When the nurse is doing a crossword, she circles the word "INNOCENT" (which is back to front). Innocence is a major element in Ginger Snaps II: Unleashed. For example; Tyler was innocent when Brigitte put him out with the wolf. Brigitte was innocent when she was put into the rehab clinic; and also when she was confronted after Ghost's dog was decapitated. It has not been confirmed whether this was intentional or not.
