Actresses Irene Ryan(Mrs. Higby) and Elvia Allman(Radio Station Receptionist) would later appear together in many episodes of The Beverly Hillbillies. Irene of course as Granny, and Elvia as her heavily hated rival Elverna Bradshaw.
