During a Q&A for the film, actress Mia Goth spoke very highly of her scenes in heavy prosthetics as the undead version of Sara, especially a point in the witches' mass scene where she's disemboweled by matron Miss Balfour (Christine Leboutte). Leboutte, on the other hand, was said by Goth to have been feeling physically ill when handling the fake intestines.
