Although not a Pixar movie, there is a reference to Room A113 during the opening montage of Michael Michaelson's interview with Christof (after Truman's meltdown and reunion with his father). There is a zoom-in to a bank of monitors, specifically to the one labeled A-0114 which naturally is right beside the one labeled A-0113. Another zoom-in some minutes later shows the same group of monitors with Christof's image.
