In season 2, the mansion where Klaus lives served as the home to Octavia Spencer's character Madame CJ Walker in another Netflix production, "Self-Made". It also was used as Olivia's home in the TV show, '12 Monkeys. The house can also be seen in shows such as, 'Lost Girl', 'Hemlock Grove', 'Orphan Black' and 'Anne with an E'.
