There are two guns in the house the entire time. One belonging to Stoker in which he accidentally shoots himself in the throat during the struggle after shooting Dan in his right leg and also used by Serena to kill Pete after wounding him in the leg first at the end of the film . The other gun belonged to Pete, who as a drug dealer always carried one for protection and that gun was used to shoot Victor in his left shoulder after Serena grabbed it from the floor.
