The brutal assault of Aileen by a client was based on one of her many accounts of how she claimed her first murder occurred. It is believed that there are multiple versions of the story and some could have been created to help the serial killer in court. Due to her lifestyle and how she was a pathological liar, none of her accounts can be proven or disproven conclusively
