The movie's finale, with 16 military helicopters flying in formation, including twin-rotor CH-47 'Chinooks', as the UFO descends, bears a striking resemblance to the 'Cash-Landrum' UFO sighting, from 1980, where two elderly women, and the 7 year old grandson of one lady, reported seeing 23 military helicopters flying in formation, including twin-rotor CH-47 'Chinooks', escorting a UFO. The 'Cash-Landrum' sighting became famous in 1981, when the women tried to sue the US Federal government for radiation burns they report receiving from the sighting- The first and only time (still unparalleled in 2022) someone tried to sue, over injuries claimed to be inflicted by a UFO.
