As a nod to Argentina (Andy Muschetti's country): during Stephen King's cameo (as the shopkeeper), he's drinking Yerba maté (Argentinian Green Tea); and if you take a closer look, the Maté (which is the small red cup) has the Club Atlético Independiente's crest (a Football Team from Argentina's First Division), which is Andy Muschetti's team.
