Only the male crew members are impregnated/birth aliens: Hallett, Ledward, Oram and Lopé. This hearkens back to the original Alien (1979), where the (impregnated) first victim, in contrast to conventions of the time, was a man. The movie also continues the tradition of having a female survivor, with Daniels (female) and Tennessee being the only humans to survive intact to the end of the film, although it's strongly implied they will be used as hosts in the (relatively) near future.
