Villain and Auradon kids each share a trait that their parents exhibited in their movies: *Lonnie enters a Competition for Men, like her mother entered a War for Men in Mulan (1998). *Ben has beast like strength and force like with his father in La bella e la bestia (1991) (though human). He also had been pressurising at times due to his King Duties like Beast once was. *Harry takes care of his prisoners by tying them up to a mast and getting them to walk the plank similar to what his father does upon capturing the Darlings and the Lost Boys in Le avventure di Peter Pan (1953). *Uma brainwashes Ben into liking her and convincing the Barrier to be dropped from the Isle, similar what Ursula (in her human disguise as Vanessa) was able to do with Prince Eric in La sirenetta (1989). *Mal exhibits her mother's trait of transforming into a Dragon to face off Uma. *Though Dizzy doesn't borrow any traits from her mother, she does do a lot of sweeping and tidying up like the titular character of Cenerentola (1950).
