At the end of the film before the Centerfold played by Susan Kiger kills off the double agent Mailei, we see the Cowboy wearing the same gold necklace with a medallion he wore before eliminating the surfer at the beach. In this scene, the medallion still has the bullet that almost killed him still logged into it from the scene where Mailei thought she had killed him after he killed the surfer.
