Mary Tyler Moore and Judd Hirsch were both the leads on series co-created by James L. Brooks: Moore on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, and Hirsch on Taxi. In Taxi's case, though the show is of an ensemble nature, Hirsch is the first billed.
