Dr. Richard Baulex and Rodolfo Puente, both characters who appears in the first scene of the movie was named after the Argentinian actors Ricardo Bauleo and Rolo Puente. Both actors starring the cult movie Il sangue delle vergini (1967), whose images appear also in the projection room where Martin Suarez works.
