Terri's behavior was more obnoxious and self-centered in the original cut of the film, as confirmed by the shooting script and deleted scenes. One example is an extended version of the news station scene, where she starts acting like a prima-donna and demanding a "fucking cappuccino" when the cameras stop rolling. These scenes were cut down presumably to make her more sympathetic. A small subplot featuring her taking Umbrella prescription medication was also cut for pacing reasons.
