When Mitch and Trin pull their scam on the "Man in bed", Mitch and two other actors pretend to be police detectives. Ironically, the room was full of people who have portrayed cops in popular movies and television shows. Rex Linn (man in bed) portrayed a detective on CSI: Miami (2002), Melina Kanakaredes (Trin) portrayed a detective on CSI: NY (2004), Shawn Doyle (Bum Cop) portrayed a detective in the movie Frequency - Il futuro è in ascolto (2000), and Samuel L. Jackson (Mitch) portrayed a cop in the movie Il negoziatore (1998) (among many others).
