(at around 26 mins) When Stephen Strange meets The Ancient One and they talk about cellular regeneration, The Ancient One removes the spoon of the cup that she has in the left hand and with the right hand moves the spoon in the air to indicate multiple possibilities of regeneration. Actually she's drawing the symbol of infinity in the air. One of the much allusions in the movie to the concept of infinity.
