The book (through which Rick Peck is skimming, when on the phone with Speedman) is "The Little Book of Big Breasts", a collection of artistic photos of well-endowed women. It was not a movie prop, as the book is real and is commercially available in both full-size and (slightly abbreviated) pocket editions. (Many editions have a black bra covering the breasts on the front cover.)
