In 2019, the CBS channel "Horror" (UK & Ireland) showed a low quality version of the film that appeared to use a 3x4 academy ratio telecine cropped version, that may well have been a digitized early 1980s version of the film. The tell-tale signs are, the image appears "soft", there is dirt from a print that was obviously well used, and the sound mix, especially during the ways on the beach scenes, has odd digital audio conversion artifacts.
