Though often billed as a slasher, only Meg dies in the film via actual stabbing out of all the victims in the film, and arguably, Mel and Paul as well. Meg is stabbed in the back with a hunting knife, while Mel was shot in the neck with an arrow. Paul is shown to have been decapitated but the murder weapon is unknown.
