At one point, Anders Holm's character says, "I wanted a Home Alone style zip line." The Dew Crew then continue to reference Kevin McCallister in their "Zip Tie Zip Line" plan later in the scene. Daniel Stern, who plays the boss Mitch in the movie, starred as Marv in Mamma, ho perso l'aereo (1990) and Mamma, ho riperso l'aereo: Mi sono smarrito a New York (1992).
