Because Marlon Brando wanted Nelson de la Rosa to be in many more scenes with Dr. Moreau, Shane Mahan's team had to produce more complex and detailed make-up for Majai's character, with the wardrobe department providing matching miniaturized versions of Dr. Moreau's clothes.
