A character called 'Terry Leather' appears in the 2nd series of Auf Wiedersehen, Pet (1983). Set in the mid 80s in Spain, the character Terry appears as an exiled British criminal. Both the Bank Job and Auf Wiedersehen Pet were written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais. Whether it is the same character is unclear.
