Norman Stansfield asks Malky if he likes Beethoven before their raid of Mathilda's family apartment. Once Malky declares that he wouldn't know, Stansfield begins the breach and search of the apartment. Within 25 seconds, Stansfield fires 4 cartridges from his shotgun, breaching the exterior door and executing two individuals. Moments afterwards, he commiserates with his intended mark, Mathilda's father, about the boring nature of Beethoven after his overtures. Mirroring Beethoven, Stansfield's own entrances are aggressive and violent, to be followed by with a rote and boring search of the apartment for the illicit drugs while Stansfield chats with Mathilda's father.
