In one of the original endings, Freddy and Jason continue their battle in Hell, when suddenly Pinhead from Hellraiser (1987) steps out of the shadows and separates them. He then calmly asks, "What seems to be the problem, gentlemen?". This was scrapped, due to licensing issues, as Miramax owned the rights to Hellraiser.
