Madame Blanc has a very different fate in this film than in the original. In the original film, she dies when Suzy kills Helena Markos/Mater Suspiriorum. In the remake, Blanc is partially decapitated but later seen perfectly fine. It's more than likely, also, that Mother Suspiriorum/Susie Bannon brought Blanc back to life.
