When Spock is looking at Spock Prime's history, this mentions his Starfleet record. Spock Prime was second officer of the Enterprise in the original pilot episode, Star Trek: The Cage (1966). Majel Barrett was "Number One" or the first officer. Spock was the first officer under James T. Kirk for the rest of Star Trek (1966).
