Many critics complained about how female characters in first two or three Resident Evil films were sexualized, like how Alice and Jill wear very revealing clothes, despite the fact that most of it was actually game accurate, like Jill's outfit, or how they were all still strong characters no matter how they looked or dressed. But compared to how "titilating" some of the earlier attempts at film adaptation were, the films were actually quite tame when it comes to any real sexual or nudity scenes. As mentioned elsewhere, one script for example had scenes such as Jill having her blue top ripped off by a zombie during struggle with it which revealed her breasts, and others went so far to include far more gratuitous nudity.
