Natasha Henstridge was asked to play the role of Jill Valentine, but could not accept due to other work commitments. She was also one of the actresses who were considered to play Jill in first film when different scripts were being written for it, but like all the others she too had lot of problems with how graphic those were and the amount of nudity Jill had in each of the scripts.
