Courteney Cox was married to David Arquette from 1999 to 2013. Lewis Arquette died in 2001.Courteney Cox and Matthew Perry are co-stars in Friends from 1994 to 2004. Lewis Arquette and Matthew Perry had starred in Almost Heroes, which also starred Rusty Schwimmer (not related to David Schwimmer) and Bokeem Woodbine, who starred in 3000 Miles to Graceland with Courteney Cox, Christian Slater, David Arquette, Kevin Costner and Kurt Russell.
